Head - Design & Development - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head - Design & Development with 2-3 years of experience to lead our design and development initiatives within the fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals sector. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for agricultural innovation and a proven ability to translate ideas into tangible product designs and development strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, focusing on the conceptualization, prototyping, and early-stage development of new agrochemical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design new fertilizer, pesticide, and agrochemical formulations and delivery systems.
- Oversee the initial stages of product development, from ideation to proof-of-concept.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure designs are aligned with scientific advancements and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and trends in the agrochemical industry.
- Develop and present design proposals, prototypes, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for large-scale production.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products through design modifications and enhancements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for design and development activities.
