Head - DevOps

Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head - DevOps to lead our infrastructure and operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our technology platforms supporting our rapidly growing ed-tech services. The ideal candidate, with a BBA/BBM background, will bring a unique blend of business acumen and technical understanding to optimize our DevOps practices and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives and the educational technology roadmap.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to foster a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance our DevOps capabilities.
- Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure and DevOps tools.
- Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve system performance and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
