Head - DevOps

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of DevOps to lead our technology infrastructure and operations. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps strategy, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-based platforms and applications. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive automation across our development and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for performance, cost, and security.
- Implement and enforce robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for all systems.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance our DevOps capabilities.
