Head - DevOps

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of DevOps to lead our technology infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps strategy to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our software development and deployment processes. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency within our IT operations in the fast-paced Gems & Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce robust security practices across the development and production environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and testing processes.
• Manage incident response and disaster recovery planning.
