Head - Digital Marketing

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategies and execution for our financial services operations in Lucknow. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving online growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve target KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital financial services space.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the Indian financial services context.
