Head - Engineering

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our talented engineering teams. This role will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation. You will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company's technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams (frontend, backend, mobile, QA).
- Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of all software systems.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage engineering budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit and retain top engineering talent.
