Head - F&B

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Food & Beverage (F&B) to lead and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This role is crucial for enhancing the employee experience and ensuring high-quality catering services within our corporate environment. The Head of F&B will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, and team leadership to deliver exceptional F&B services that align with the company's values and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to meet the needs of a large corporate workforce.
• Oversee daily F&B operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage the F&B budget, including cost control, revenue generation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards).
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms and continuously improve F&B offerings and services.
• Manage catering for corporate events, meetings, and special functions.
