Head - F&B

Role Summary: The Head of Food & Beverage (F&B) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within Biocon's facilities in India. This includes strategic planning, operational management, quality control, and financial performance of the F&B services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic F&B plans aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including cafeterias, canteens, and any other food service areas.
• Oversee menu planning, food sourcing, preparation, and presentation, ensuring variety, nutritional value, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards).
• Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms and continuously improve F&B services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
