Head - F&B

Role Summary: The Head of Food & Beverage (F&B) will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategy, operations, and growth of the Food & Beverage division within our building material company. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the F&B market, product development, supply chain management, and brand building, with a focus on integrating F&B solutions into our broader construction and real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
• Lead product development and innovation for F&B offerings, including healthy food options, sustainable packaging, and integration with smart building technologies.
• Manage the entire F&B supply chain, from sourcing of raw materials to production, distribution, and quality control, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders in the F&B and construction industries.
• Oversee marketing and sales strategies for F&B products, driving brand awareness and market penetration within the Indian context.
• Manage the F&B P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in India.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
