Head - F&B - Gaming Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and gaming experience.
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including procurement, inventory management, food preparation, service, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, drawing upon your B.Pharma understanding of quality control and standards.
• Control costs by establishing strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring expenses.
• Train, mentor, and manage F&B staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Develop innovative menu offerings and promotions that appeal to our gaming audience.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create unique F&B experiences for gaming events and tournaments.
