This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Des graduate looking to gain experience in a dynamic and unique industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing food and beverage experiences for our personnel and clients, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards within our security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of F&B strategies, focusing on cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Support the management of catering services for internal events, training programs, and client meetings.
- Contribute to menu development and food presentation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and dietary requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely procurement of F&B supplies.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all F&B-related activities.
- Gather feedback on F&B services and propose improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet specific F&B needs of different departments.
- Develop innovative F&B concepts that align with the company's operational environment.
