Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - F&B with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com background to manage and oversee all food and beverage operations within our Hyderabad corporate office. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in all F&B-related activities, contributing to a positive employee experience within the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including catering, pantry services, and corporate events.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze F&B performance data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and Administration teams to align F&B services with company policies and employee needs.
- Budgeting and financial management for the F&B department, utilizing M.Com knowledge for effective financial planning.
