We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Head - F&B with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate looking to build a career in the agrochemical sector. The successful candidate will support the F&B department in various operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our food and beverage offerings within the company's agricultural business context.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, ensuring optimal stock and minimizing wastage.

Support in daily operational tasks, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and beverage items.

Help in maintaining hygiene and safety standards in all food and beverage handling and storage areas.

Contribute to budget tracking and financial reporting related to F&B operations, leveraging M.Com knowledge.

Assist in vendor management and negotiation for food and beverage supplies.

Prepare reports and presentations on F&B performance and operational efficiency.
