Head - Facilities

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Facilities to oversee and manage all aspects of our facilities operations across India. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for our employees, supporting our rapidly expanding telecom and ISP infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all company facilities, including offices, data centers, and network infrastructure sites.
3. Manage budgets for facilities operations, including capital expenditures, operational expenses, and vendor contracts.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites in India.
5. Lead and manage a team of facilities staff and external service providers.
6. Plan and execute space management, office design, and workplace experience initiatives.
7. Manage security systems and protocols for all company premises.
8. Oversee procurement and management of facilities-related services and supplies.
9. Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for facilities.
