Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Facilities. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems and grounds, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Support in the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire premises, including factory floor, offices, and common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and new installations.
- Monitor inventory of facility supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Participate in safety inspections and help implement safety procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Assist in managing waste disposal and recycling programs.
- Document facility-related activities, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and concerns.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to facilities management.
