Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Facilities to oversee and manage all aspects of our facilities operations at our Noida site. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment within our chemical manufacturing and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as housekeeping, security, pest control, and waste management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, including those specific to the chemical industry.

Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Plan and execute minor renovation and alteration projects within the facility.

Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans for the facility.

Support the M.Pharma background by ensuring laboratory and manufacturing areas meet specific environmental and operational standards.
