Head - Facilities - Thane

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Head - Facilities to manage and maintain our office premises in Thane. This entry-level role is ideal for an individual with a 12th Pass qualification and 0-2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment for our employees, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations.

Monitor and report on the status of office equipment and furniture, coordinating minor repairs or replacements as needed.

Support the management of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating procurement processes.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises.

Assist in organizing office events and maintaining the overall ambiance.

Provide general administrative support related to facilities management.
