Head - Finance & Accounts

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounts to lead our financial operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the financial health and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry and a proven track record in financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements in India.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.
