Head - Finance & Accounts - Recruitment / Staffing Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team at ABC Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with a strong academic background to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 0-1 years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and accounting functions of our growing recruitment and staffing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Help with bookkeeping and general ledger entries.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws in India.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

Support internal and external audits.

Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
