Head - Hardware Engineering

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Hardware Engineering to lead our hardware development initiatives. This role will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge hardware solutions that enhance live event experiences, focusing on areas like AV integration, lighting control systems, interactive installations, and robust event infrastructure. You will manage a team of engineers, drive innovation, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our technological offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom hardware solutions for live events, including AV systems, lighting rigs, staging technology, and interactive installations.
- Oversee the entire hardware product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, manufacturing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a team of hardware engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for hardware components and manufacturing.
- Ensure all hardware solutions meet stringent quality, safety, and reliability standards for live event environments.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, production, and creative teams to integrate hardware seamlessly into event experiences.
- Drive research and development into new hardware technologies and their potential applications in the live entertainment industry.
