Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the entire hardware product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to prototyping, testing, and mass production.
Define hardware architecture and technical specifications for new products, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
Drive innovation in hardware design, exploring new technologies and components to enhance product performance, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control processes.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in hardware engineering and the consumer electronics market.
