Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Head - Hardware Engineering with 1-2 years of experience for our Kolkata-based startup. This role is ideal for a B.Sc graduate looking to take on significant responsibility in the early stages of their career, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge medical hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and prototyping of new hardware components and systems for medical devices.
- Conduct basic testing and validation of hardware designs under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor hardware issues during the development cycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware designs, test results, and BOMs.
