We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Hardware Engineering to lead our hardware development initiatives. This role is crucial for the design, development, and deployment of innovative hardware solutions that support our advanced medical technologies and hospital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware engineering principles and a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and testing of new hardware systems and components for medical devices and hospital infrastructure.

Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architectural design, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and clinical staff, to ensure hardware meets functional and performance requirements.

Manage hardware project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Stay abreast of the latest hardware technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to the medical field.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues.

Mentor and guide junior hardware engineers.
