We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as Head - HR, supporting our operations in Nasik. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the human resources function within the dynamic beverage industry. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR domains, supporting the HR team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Help maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.

Support HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
