Head - HR

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR operations for a major foreign multinational in the Engineering & Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, managing all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a strong understanding of international HR practices and compliance.
