Head - HR

Role Summary: The Head - HR will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resources for WNS Global Services in India. This strategic role will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian labor market and the specific needs of the Analytics/KPO/Research industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with WNS's business goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Champion organizational development and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of HR programs.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership and business unit heads.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
