Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the building material industry in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives to promote employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws and regulations, and manage any legal disputes.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
