Head - HR - Fitness & Wellness (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head - HR to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for a candidate with a BCA background and 2-3 years of experience, looking to contribute to the growth of a leading fitness and wellness company. You will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.

Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Handle basic employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis.
