Head - HRBP

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - HRBP to join our growing team in Nagpur. You will be the primary HR partner for designated business units, providing strategic guidance and operational support. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent legal acumen due to the LLB requirement, and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced software product startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies related to talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, labor laws, and compliance, leveraging your LLB background.
- Manage organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Facilitate employee development programs and career pathing.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
