Job Description
As the Head - HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives in the dynamic FinTech and Payments sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and build a strong employer brand.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
Utilize HR analytics and data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development.
