Head - HRBP

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and manage the HR function for a key business unit within Arvind Limited. The Head - HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent management, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring effective HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the textile and apparel industry and the ability to partner with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals of the assigned unit.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Mentor and develop the HR team supporting the business unit.
