Role Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Head - HRBP to support our Human Resources Business Partnering function within the financial services sector. You will assist in various HR initiatives and provide support to business units, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist HRBPs in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
* Support in talent acquisition processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
* Contribute to employee engagement activities and programs.
* Help in onboarding new employees and conducting exit formalities.
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
* Provide support for performance management cycles.
* Participate in HR projects and policy implementation.
* Conduct basic HR data analysis and prepare reports as needed.
* Stay updated with HR best practices and relevant labor laws in India.
