Head - HRBP - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head - HRBP to join our esteemed organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the CRPF, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. This position is ideal for an individual with a unique blend of HR expertise and a design-thinking mindset, honed through a B.Des degree and 2-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the operational needs and mission of the CRPF.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Design and oversee programs for employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Leverage your B.Des background to bring innovative approaches to HR processes, employee experience design, and communication strategies.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support.
