Head - Information Security

Role Summary:
Morphogenesis is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Information Security to lead and manage all aspects of information security and data protection across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive security program to safeguard company assets, intellectual property, and client data from evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry's specific security needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a robust information security strategy aligned with business objectives.

Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.

Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.

Implement and manage security controls for networks, systems, applications, and data.

Lead incident response planning and execution, including investigation and remediation.

Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian data protection laws).

Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.

Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices.

Advise senior management on security risks and mitigation strategies.
