Head - Information Security

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head - Information Security to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for safeguarding our organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, and a passion for cybersecurity, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Manage incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry-specific security standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Monitor security logs and alerts, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
