We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Information Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. This role is crucial for safeguarding our sensitive data, intellectual property, and IT infrastructure against evolving threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and a proven track record in developing and implementing robust security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.

Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.

Manage incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.

Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.

Provide security awareness training to employees.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into the system development lifecycle.
