Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize all aspects of our logistics and SCM operations across India. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, managing inventory, and driving supply chain innovation to support our rapidly growing telecom and ISP business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and SCM strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service levels.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics and SCM team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and other supply chain partners.
- Implement and leverage technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to enhance SCM efficiency and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budget and P&L for the logistics and SCM department.
