Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize all aspects of our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow, timely project execution, and cost-effectiveness within the interior design and renovation industry. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, implement best practices, and build a robust supply chain network to support our growing business across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Oversee transportation and freight management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the logistics and SCM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable terms with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, design, sales) to ensure seamless project delivery.
