Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead our logistics operations and strategic SCM initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials and finished goods within our semiconductor operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to understand the unique requirements of handling sensitive electronic components and contribute to optimizing our supply chain for quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and SCM strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability.
Implement and manage robust SCM systems and technologies for enhanced visibility and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including import/export controls and industry-specific standards.
Analyze SCM performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of logistics and SCM professionals.
Leverage a B.Pharma understanding to ensure the integrity and quality control of sensitive electronic components throughout the supply chain.
