Head - Logistics / SCM (Bhubaneshwar) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Logistics / SCM to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and a proven track record in managing complex logistics networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and other third-party service providers to secure favorable terms and service level agreements.

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Lead and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain professionals.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
