We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head - Logistics / SCM to lead our supply chain operations. This role is ideal for an LLM graduate with 2-4 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the packaging and containers industry. You will be responsible for optimizing our logistics and supply chain strategies to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain professionals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
