Head - Logistics / SCM (Thane) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Logistics / SCM to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain and logistics operations for our pharmaceutical products, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical logistics and a proven track record in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of pharmaceutical products while maintaining product integrity and quality.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and obsolescence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, vendors, and other supply chain partners.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including pharmaceutical, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain professionals.

Utilize a B.Pharma background to understand the unique logistical challenges of pharmaceutical products.
