Head - Marketing

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives for Morph Design Company in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning within the competitive architecture and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging both traditional and digital channels. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing marketing team, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing significantly to the company's growth objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of the Indian market, particularly within the real estate and design industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals, focusing on brand visibility, lead generation, and market penetration in Coimbatore and surrounding regions.

Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing), public relations, advertising, events, and offline campaigns.

Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness, providing regular reports to senior management.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective lead conversion strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and potential clients.
