Head - Media Relations

Role Summary:
Xphenic Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Media Relations to lead our public relations efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying Xphenic's brand narrative, managing media interactions, and enhancing our corporate reputation within the IT services and staffing industry in India and globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful media relations strategies, strong media contacts, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media relations strategies to support Xphenic's business objectives and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers across business, technology, and HR media outlets.
- Proactively identify media opportunities and secure positive coverage for Xphenic in relevant publications and platforms.
- Manage crisis communications and develop appropriate responses to sensitive issues.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and other PR materials.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and engagement strategy, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, HR, and leadership teams, to ensure alignment on messaging and communication.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events.
- Provide media training and guidance to company spokespersons.
