Role Summary:
Nykaa is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Network Operations to oversee and manage the company's entire network infrastructure across all its operations in India. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network, supporting our rapidly growing e-commerce platform, retail stores, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of network engineers and architects, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive network strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud networking.
3. Ensure network security, implementing and enforcing robust security policies and protocols to protect against threats.
4. Lead and mentor a high-performing network operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
5. Oversee network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
6. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for network-related services and hardware.
7. Develop and manage the network operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
8. Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and industry best practices, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
