Head - Network Operations Job Opportunity - IT Services & Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Network Operations to lead our network infrastructure team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our clients' networks. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of network operations, from design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of network engineers and administrators.
- Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new network technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
- Provide on-call support and participate in incident response activities.
