Head - Network Operations (M.Tech Required) - Delhi

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Network Operations to lead our network infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and operations, with a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our corporate network, supporting our professional services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Develop and implement network monitoring strategies to ensure high availability and performance.

Manage network security policies and procedures, including intrusion detection and prevention systems.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents and problems.

Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network requirements align with business objectives.

Mentor and guide junior network engineers.
