Head of Compensation & Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead our C&B function within the IT Services sector. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will play a critical role in shaping our total rewards strategy to align with business objectives and ensure market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a competitive and equitable compensation strategy, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity awards.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice and guidance on C&B matters.
- Manage the annual compensation review process and salary increase recommendations.
- Develop and deliver effective communication strategies for C&B programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in C&B processes and systems.
