Head of DevOps

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of DevOps to lead our infrastructure and operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols. You will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cutting-edge defence and aerospace platforms. This is an opportunity to build and shape the DevOps culture and strategy from the ground up in a high-impact startup environment.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards relevant to defence and aerospace.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps and cloud computing.
