Head of Operations

MetalloTech Innovations is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to lead our operational strategies and execution. This role is pivotal in scaling our processes, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Head of Operations will oversee all aspects of our operational activities, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery, and will play a key role in strategic planning and business development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage supply chain, logistics, and inventory.
- Oversee production processes and ensure quality control.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the operations team.
- Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and finance departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably within the metals and mining industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, production, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
